Media Made Simple is a DBA of Truth Digital LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy covers personal information collected through our website, inquiries, booking forms, webinar registration and related communications.

Information we collect and why

• Information you provide. This can include your name, email address, phone number, business details, form answers and messages. We use it to respond to requests, arrange calls, provide requested services, manage webinar registration and send related access information.
• SMS preferences. When you request webinar text reminders, we process your mobile number, your request and consent records, message history and opt-out preferences to operate that SMS program.
• Website activity. Our site uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel. These services may collect identifiers, IP address, browser and device details, referral information and interactions with our pages to measure traffic, understand campaign performance and support advertising audiences. The site also uses browser session storage to remember referral information and pass it to our inquiry and booking forms.

Service providers and sharing

We use providers to host the website, process forms and bookings, manage customer communications and deliver webinars. These include Typeform for inquiry forms, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for bookings and communications, and WebinarJam for webinar registration and access. Information needed to perform those services is processed through those providers. Their own privacy notices also explain how they handle data within their services.

Google and Meta process website activity through the analytics and advertising tools described above. You can read the Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy for more information. This website activity is distinct from permission to receive our SMS messages.

We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or to protect rights and the security of our services.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in information and consent are excluded from any unrelated marketing data sharing. We share this information only with service providers, including messaging platforms, aggregators and carriers, as necessary to deliver and administer the text messages you requested, or where disclosure is required by law.

The webinar SMS program sends informational reminders and access updates for the webinar you registered for. Opting in to it does not authorize promotional text messages. Reply STOP to stop SMS messages or HELP for assistance. See our SMS terms.

Your choices

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and use the controls offered by Google and Meta for their services. Blocking cookies or scripts can affect embedded forms and other site features. To unsubscribe from marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in that email. SMS opt-out is separate: reply STOP to a text from our program.

Contact us using the details below to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about other rights that apply where you live. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, service records or to honor your communication preferences.

Retention and security

Information is retained according to the purpose for which it was collected, our ongoing service relationship, applicable obligations and the need to maintain consent and opt-out records. No website, storage system or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information through our inquiry forms or SMS widget.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. A policy update does not itself provide consent for additional types of SMS messages.
