This website and the Media Made Simple webinar text reminder program are operated by Truth Digital LLC DBA Media Made Simple. These terms describe use of our website and participation in that SMS program.

Website and services

Our website describes performance marketing services and provides educational content, case studies and ways to contact us. Information and examples are for general guidance; results vary and past results do not guarantee future performance. Any paid engagement is governed by the separate agreement accepted for that engagement. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a paid engagement.

Use the website lawfully. Do not misuse forms, impersonate another person, interfere with the site or submit a phone number you are not authorized to use. Third-party booking, form and webinar services may have additional terms that apply when you use them.

Webinar text reminders: SMS terms

Program and sender. Media Made Simple, a DBA of Truth Digital LLC, offers informational SMS reminders and access updates for the webinar you registered for. This program does not include promotional text messages.

How to opt in. Enter your phone number and submit the SMS request in the text-message widget on our homepage after reading its consent disclosure. By doing so, you agree to receive this program's informational texts at that number. SMS consent is voluntary, is not a condition of purchase or webinar attendance, and does not register you for the webinar. Providing a phone number in an unrelated inquiry or booking form does not by itself enroll you in this SMS program.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on the webinar schedule and your requests. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan or charges.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message from this program to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out, after which program messages will stop unless you opt in again. Opting out of texts does not cancel your webinar registration.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance, email walt@mediamadesimple.co or call +1 803-369-0138. Tell us if the number you provided changes or no longer belongs to you.

Delivery. Messages depend on your carrier and network availability. Delivery is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Keep your webinar confirmation and access information available rather than relying solely on SMS reminders.

Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent for third-party or affiliate marketing. Providers may process that information to deliver and administer the requested messages as described in the policy.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms or the website. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes to these terms do not expand your SMS consent to promotional messages. Contact us below with questions about the site or the webinar reminder program.
